Quality services and inspections include a range of systems such as pre-action sprinkler systems, deluge sprinkler systems, wet sprinkler systems, dry sprinkler systems, foam systems, nitrogen systems, fire alarm systems, electric fire pump, diesel fire pump, private fire service main, stand pipe and hose systems, electric flow meter, diesel flow meter, fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, backflows, and dampers.

The platform features service tracking and verification equipment tags that cover inspections, proof of presence generating date and time stamps to verify events and identify service technicians on-site, repair deficiencies, proposals, payments, and invoices.

Central to RAEL is the RAEL-REDi Equipment Tagging Program. This program leverages NFC Tag technology and a cloud-based database platform to assign a unique and secure digital identity to each fire extinguisher in the serviced buildings. When trusted equipment tags are tapped, they send equipment data – including inspection history – to authorized field service technicians' mobile devices. Technicians and client staff can take various actions through these tags, such as initiating service requests.
